
Atlanta-based, singer-songwriter Shawn Mullins was
born March 8, 1968, and was dubbed an overnight
success when his hit "Lullaby" dominated radio for a
time in late 1998, but it was a long journey of
several LPs before it happened. In 9th grade, Mullins
formed 'Saliers & Ray' with Amy Ray of the Indigo Girls but eventually Mullins dropped
out of school and he headed to the military. Mullins
left the Army after 8 years to pursue music with the
release of Everchanging World in 1991.


Mullins released Better
Days.
Mullins started his own label, SMG, in
1994 and continued releasing his music. Mullins
released Big
Blue Sky.
Mullins released the live LP, Jeff's
Last Dance, Volume 1.

Mullins released Eggshells.
Mullins was named 'Atlanta's Best Acoustic Artist' at
the Atlanta Music Awards.
