 Train was formed in 1994 in
California with Pat Monahan and Rob Hotchkiss
performing as a duo. The band was then
expanded to include Charlie Colin, Jimmy
Stafford and Scott Underwood. Two years later
the band was in New York trying to get their
first LP picked up by a major label and
touring non-stop.
