Country duo, Florida
Georgia Line, formed in 2010 consists of Tyler
Hubbard and Brian Kelly and hail from Nashville,
Tennessee. Both members had their start in music
with church worship services eventually meeting
in Belmont University in 2008. The duo became
roommates and started playing clubs. Joey Moi,
producer for Nickelback, started working with the
duo after he saw them perform at a country fair.
The track "Cruise" started to get attention
leading to major record labels becoming
interested in the duo.
