
Jesse McCartney was born April 9, 1987 in New York.
Originally Jesse began his entertainment career with
acting and joined a national tour of The King And
I when he was 10. Jesse earned 2 Daytime Emmy
nominations in 2001 and 2002 playing Adam Chandler,
Jr. in the ABC soap opera All My Children
and also appeared in the WB TV series Summerland and in an episode of Law
& Order. While acting, Jesse also began his
music career as a member of Dream Street
from 1999 to 2002. By 2003, Jesse was going solo on a
journey toward hitting the charts.
