 Plain White T's hail from
Illinois and consist of Tom Higginson on
vocals, Dave Tirio on guitar, Mike Retondo on
bass and vocals, De'Mar Hamilton on drums,
and Tim Lopez on guitar and vocals. Former
members include Steve Mast and Ken Fletcher.
The band began in 1997 with Higgenson and
Tirio forming a musical connection. It took a
lot of touring and a few LP releases before
topping the charts in 2007 with "Hey There Delilah."
