 Bryan Adams was born in Ontario
on November 5, 1959. While still in his teens
and after dropping out of high school, Adams
joined a band called 'Shock' which led to a
friendship and songwriting partnership with
Jim Vallance. Adam's songwriting talents lead
to writing for artists including Joe Cocker, Kiss,
Bonnie Raitt, Rod Stewart, Neil Diamond,
Carly
Simon, and Loverboy.
Adam's solo career began with A&M Records
and the release of 2 singles in the late
1970's: "Let Me Take You Dancing"
and "Hidin' From Love."
