14, 1981. Notice for the rapper first came with an
appearance on the Lil Jon LP Kings
Of Crunk
and with the track "Oye" on the 2
Fast 2 Furious soundtrack. A Rolling Stone
reviewer said of Pitbull: "Few rappers can rock
a Latin-flavored club beat as well as Cuban-American
MC Pitbull." In 2009, Pitbull had crossed over
to the pop charts with his Top 5 hit "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)."
